I believe 1 and 2 where from a camera both connected to each other. Also would 3 be classed as a motherboard. If so would most modern gaming consoles, like PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, have motherboards. Thanks

Also does boardsort have any interest in gold contact hard drive motors.

Peripheral

Sent in many different camera cards over the years. Few make it past that.

Game board is peripheral. 99% of game boards go as Peripheral for a good many reasons. Nothing modern crosses peripheral.
I have an exceptions post. I’ll leave this up and see if I can find that list for you but they are all older units

Not really. There’s no value bump in them so it’s something they’ll accept but not really want.

Well, it’s not what I was looking for but it displays well why boardsort lumps the boards into one class.
These are ALL PlayStation 1 motherboards.

Yes, all those are peripheral. The point of the picture in original context was that one of the exceptions is a single set of PlayStation boards. The first US/EU version and the second Japanese version (same board different regions) qualifies as small socket green motherboard. Having the addition of both a large serial socket and soldered memory modules.
