1. Do these connectors, from the grey ribbon wire, go as 'gold tip connectors'? I pulled a few pins out and they don't have much gold on them.

2. What about the cards out of cable boxes? Any value?

Yes those go as gold pin connectors

They are not worth much but since they don’t weigh Much there’s no reason not to send them either. Price varies, go as sim/smart chip (not on quote form).
You can dotrim down the plastic close to the chip to get a slightly better rate.
