backplane mounted on aluminum side runners. Each slot has machine screw holding it to frame and board. Nothing on back of boards except solder over pinholes. With Aluminum removed, weight is still 4 pounds or better. At backplane rates, that should be a ten dollar board. Now for the three heavy gold pin connectors in the maroon plastic. Should they be removed and pins pulled for gold pin rate. Maroon Connectors also have screws into board. Board size 12 inches x 24 inches (rough measurements)

With the rails removed that’s textbook backplane
Leave the little ports on. Honest: it’s not worth it even by fudging the math. Those thick round power pins are very low value. About3/4 the time they’re hollow and when sold are worth’s even less still. They’re made from an HCS(c) steel with heavy nickel and chrome. And very little gold.
They’re designed rather than for data quality, for surviving high voltage spikes.

This is a fairly common rack mount I/o backplane. They’re not worth pulling pins on.
