What would this qualify for?

If I remove the gold plated finger part, what does that go for as being only one sided gold plated fingers?

If I remove the excess plastic to where I only keep the area where the gold dots are, what would that go for alone?

Whole it’s mixed wire.
So trim the gold end off and put it in with your gold fingers.
The wire is still mixed wire.

If you trim the contact ‘dozs’ Extremely close you can place the dot strips in gold finger as well. That’s what I normally do.
