I found this venturing into my attic, it was in a bag that it was sent, I don't think it has ever been in a computer or even touched for that matter.

Based on a few identifiers on the board I’m leaning to Large socket. Remove the fan. There’s possibly a CPU under it as well.

Thanks evil.
The bios chip, bottom left, can be pulled as well and will go as IC.

I can’t quite read the socket id. But:
Sis 530 chipset, direct access serial port, serial and parallel port with proper colour.
The age of the bios and ram socket layout
All lead me to guess socket 7, super socket 7, or socket 2V. All three of which are large socket.

Though it could be a socket 370 which would be small socket colour.

I removed the fan and it is indeed a socket 7., I just never have seen a motherboard like this. Especially the back.

It’s a desktop layout (under shelf). Meaning a tower on its side. A lot of manufacturers at the time pushed the first generation of what would later be known as MMPC, or MediaPC. Pop a capture card in and slide it into a media centre. They vented on the sides and the ports line up, more or less, in the same spots as connections for analogue tuners. So they fit in most media racks; no hole cutting needed.
