I’m almost sure that the large rectangular ceramic is socketed. If it is pop it out. Put it aside. Ship it in it’s own little box or bag in your shipment. It’s at least pentium Mac ceramic. But I also believe there’s a gold cap spreader under the tungsten aluminium spreader; so ultimate classing is up to the doc on reception. Do NOT try to remove the cap yourself. More often than not even experienced techs & scrapers will damage the IC.
Remaining then; If that ship in the middle is gold capped the board is gold cap chip board. If not it’s peripheral
