Thank you in advance for your help!

These 3 CPU's are pressed / soldered into the board.

All 4 CPU chips have gold caps, if that makes a difference.

A couple of questions:

Why is this not considered either slot processor or green fiber w/ metal?

I only ask because you previously said this one would go as either slot processor or green fiber w/ metal, but they are the same component from different machines. What is the difference I should be looking for?

2nd question. Why is this small socket green motherboard and not multi-socket motherboard (since there are 3x CPU's)?

Sorry for the confusion on my part. I swear once I think I have it down, something gets a different classification than I would have thought. Thank you in advance again for your help!

R..33) the size puts it outside of any chance for a slot processor

R..59) only because I’ve been told by some sellers this style has been bumped to slot processor. Granted it was sellers who brought it in in person as well. Honestly if it were up to me alone this wouldn’t be. That said... keep it separated and it may or may not get a slot processor upgrade but don’t quote it as such on the shipping form. It’s far less issue to upgrade than downgrade.

Final pic...
there’s one cpu and two co-processors. I’m grading based on experience with the board itself. The co-processors are c-series chips. Which makes them less valuable from a scrap standpoint
Compare x86 to x87 or here 6xxx to 6xxCxx CPUs.

Along with that note, with very few exceptions any motherboard that has a soldered CPU and is not a cellphone, laptop, or tablet board will get small socket rate.
Soldered chips, BGA for ball grid array are pinless LGA chips. So there’s no gold pins and no gold connectors: replaced with a nickel-tin or delver alloy set of tiny balls. Hence no gold value.
