LSI black fiber w/ gold cap. Silver colored pins.
XILINX green fiber w/ gold cap and silver colored pins.
SUN black fiber w/ gold cap and NO pins.

Well the LSI branded chips I’ve sent before. Black fibre. The cap making up for the gold-free pins.
I assume the Xilinx one would be the same.

Ceramic No pin gold caps like sparc chips are pinless class. I know I’ve sent ones like your last one before but I don’t see my order in my computer records so it must be archived. Meaning I’m going to have to find the CD or tape it’s on to pull it up. Shoot Chris an email and ask on that one. You’ll get your answer faster then me going through LTO tapes to find an old order.
