Not enough for telecom , but i think it is better than peripheral. I think you may put this into your large socket pile if it is cleaned of the aluminium radiators. Let's see what boardsort will judge

If you clean the heatsinks (radiatiors) and the fuse holders we may be able to slide that into our Telecom. It looks like a decent board, nice population of IC's and gold pins.
