Washer remove the two capacitors for peripheral. Use a gentle grip with a firm vertical yank, utilising robo- or lock grips.

I would pull that large IC chip its worth more than the entire board.

If you remove the IC it would drop the board to low.

I did forget to mention that. No more than mid grade and low grade are worth I cant ship them from Texas and pay the freight. Now IC chips on the other hand I can :)

That’s the principle issue to remember in reporting grades and what to do with boards. If your shipping a few dozen pounds or less via eg USPS removing the IC makes sense.
But for people sending 500 or 100lbs it becomes debatable. And more than that... LTL shipments shouldn’t be removing such ICs because they’ll be LOOSING money via weight.
Not to mention people bringing them in themselves in person.
