It is magnetic. It tears like its real brittle.

9 time in ten it’s a carbonised oxide plastic. Usually iron carbide polystyrene. Aka PS+FeC
Other mixes exist as well. None are glamorous. Just toss the sheet in your recycling bin. Including pieces and shards.
