Per the 1st photo, can I leave the gold fingers on and this be low telco or should I trim the gold fingers and throw it in my peripheral board bin?

The next 2 photos is the front and back of a board with one side half covered with a piece of aluminum. This is a pretty tiny board (about the size of a cell phone). There is no easy way to take off that piece of aluminum, as i would normally do. Can i still throw this board in my peripheral board bin as is?

The final 2 of those photos are a front and back of I dont know what that was that i took apart, but it took much more time than I would have liked it to. With all of the gold on those boards, what would they fall under?

First: peripheral, barely, with the fingers on. Midgrade if you remove them.

Second/third: the heatsink has four screws. Unscrew it, slide a screwdriver or ruler under it, and it should pop off easily. Heatsink off it’s low telco. Heatsink on it’s midgrade.

Fourth/fifth: the green is camouflage one would be low telco. The double sided gold one high.
