I have a question on the first picture. All 3 boards are slotted together in the same card. If the card was left intact what would it fall as?

Correct.
In many such cases you could end up aT midgrade . It’s usually best to separate such assemblies

would that go as a ''teardown/small electronic'' or something like now ? witch would be worse than even midgrade..

I’d reason not. It’s four thumb screws. If the dock worker is in a really good mood they may even pull it apart for you but I wouldn’t count on that.
