What Category do these LCD Invertor Boards go in?
Also, for shipping purposes, is it acceptable to break these boards in half for shipping?

Photo attached.

The lowest possible point for peripheral.
You can snap them. Just put both pieces in the box

Great lesson learned. I always ripped the copper bearing (what are those pieces actually called?) off of those boards before i throw them into my peripheral bin. This will save me time and add to me periph. weight! ...not that i get a ton of those types of board, but just saying. If i recall correctly, they come out of LCD TV's, correct?

I’m only discussing this specific board post. The vast majority would be midgrade.

Gotcha. I will continue to always rip them off so it goes as periph. What do you call that copper bearing on boards?

Flyers: I’m with you.
The copper as CBM2 is worth more to me than the risk of a downgrade.
Besides it’s so easy to smash the holders and spoil the copper I can walk off with #1 or #2 copper thread (hair, etc) and a peripheral board for almost no work.
So when I can get 75č from peripheral and thread or or a few pennies in midgrade it’s an easy decision for me.

Note: metal thread and pure turnings are still higher value than solids in my area, by a good margin. #1 copper is $2.40 but #1 turnings brings $2.75 and #1 thread $3.10
