Post subject: need some help with these

I am wondering if any of these GFC will make high telco, and will some of the other boards make low telco.

File comment: This one I was trying to snap the gold pins off and ended up breaking the board further back than I wanted to. Then discovered there was gold pins in the sockets.
Will these go as gold pin connectors?
