I have the opportunity to buy this stuff and I was wondering if it qualified as computer ram. It doesn't have regular chips like ram does. Because of what's on it I wasn't sure if it would qualify as something less. Thanks!

It looks like some sort of powered buffered memory.
My best placement for it would be gold finger card. It’s not in the ram class.
