They mad floppy drives as 8”, 5.25” a few 3.5” but not many. And this ain’t one. And hard drives for a year or two. Like early Apple Tandon approached hard drives in house. Using custom modifications (and code) to make hard drives using generally floppy controller boards. Their flame to fame is being the supplier for disk drives for IBM in the 70s and 80s
