A rare find. Stackers.
Yes, 8086 with one or two caps. 486 without the cap.

They’re stackers. Rather than run traces on the board from, ex, 80386 to 80387 and back, they stack the chips together with dual link pinning.
Watch out for batteries and clocks on boards with these.
Though this board appears to be timed by the flow ratio of two capacitors.
