Assuming missing letters :
A midgrade (peripheral if gold connectors)
B midgrade
C peripheral, barely
D backplane
E peripheral
F if pins are gold Apple cpu. If not pinless.
G low or mid.

I’m fairly sure these will just clear apple cpu. Which by technical term is a processor direct socket (PDS) and its variations. However worst case this would still likely be a trimmed slot processor which is literally what it is. A full processor package with pins instead of edge (finger) connectors.
This is a fairly low end implementation. Apple uses between 28-69 pins or 125. HP used 240. Atom boards have a few hundred as do high end PI risers. All of which go as Apple cpu.
It’s a borderline piece but I THINK it clears.

C) It’s a quick change riser for a network relay. When one failed change them all. Quick simple fixed cost repair. A bit wasteful but understandable.

F) more common than you’d think. I just take a lot of stuff apart to see how it works. Pre-Intel Macs are the most obvious supply but laser printers and office copiers use them too. A/V equipment...! There’s a fine line between being a processor riser and a processor card I don’t think anyone agrees on... but generally speaking it’s a basic premise many have tried over the years.
