The big dude is an aluminium copper heat sink
You need to remove the plastic and the fan.

The two little guys are;
If gold flashed telco if silver flashed or copper it's peripheral for them.

aluminium copper heat sink. some times its easy to separate and that will make you the most money. some times its to hard but if it works that’s a lot more money after separation.

In Boardsort description of Tele grade, it's a LARGE board etc... If you were to ask the guys or Bruce all those little ones will go periph, but if you put it w tele they're not gonna really care to pull it aside. But don't try to give them 10 or 20 pounds and expect telecom because you'll be disappointed. The heatsink look straight copper. Of course not the fan, but copper aluminum hs's the fins are always aluminum, if the fins are copper then the whole thing will be. The important part to be copper is what touches the processor to disperse the heat quickly, so that will be copper, and the pipes, then the fins will be aluminum, but if the fins are copper the whole thing is. Just pull the fan off.

Watch out for dell heatsinks though. They tend to be copper plated aluminium with a magnesium fan guard.
Made that mistake once years ago and now I scratch /everything/!
