1) High or Low grade telecom
2) Peripheral
3) Peripheral

Yeah, at first I was thinking High Telco but then when I looked more closely, I wasn't sure. Now I'm kind of thinking Low Telco but I'll wait and see what lostinlodos says.

There are more large IC chips under that raised board so that may make a difference

That might make a difference. Now that I know that, I might be leaning towards High Telco but Lostinlodes (he knows how to grade everything; I'm just guessing) will eventually grade it.
