Looking for some inputs on these boards, that have a display attached (the displays for board 1 & 4 appear to be glass, and board 2 & 3 plastic).

1) I'm assuming that all these boards would be low grade
2) Are there any issues with them having displays attached?

Correct, low grade. Screens okay as long as it's not the size of monitors.

Low and mid grades can have pretty much anything on it besides over abundance of FE(steel)/AL(aluminum) , plastics, full rubber/silicone coatings and acids.

Midgrade can be downgraded to low for a screen. Tape over any glass with packing tape. Keeps it from shattering.

Thanks for the review and confirmation Spence/Lost. Also good advice about taping over them!
