Here is what I see (or don't see in the case of chips003.jpg):
chips003.jpg = I have no clue what those are but they do not look like anything we purchase.
chips001.jpg = Left board (largest) is a Telecom board. Right (smaller) is a MAC cpu which we buy as P4/Mac/Green Fiber with Metal at $7 per pound.
boardsort002.jpg = Both peripheral. The router board is a consumer model which is considered Peripheral. The larger (8 ports or more) commercial router/switches pay more, but not in this case.
boardsort003.jpg = Both Telecom. They have a nice IC population to surface area ratio, are low profile (no junk etc) and the one is double sided with IC's.
