I have these .i want to know if i continue to pull the usb end and has a sd slot .because of the shielding do i pull them off and leave the board as pictured and what do these little jewels get for category.

Leave the usb connector end on and :
Left would then be high telco.
Middle low telco.
Right would be gold pin connector end, or worse.
