My guess is all peripheral.

I hope not. A couple of them are out of high end radios and look more like cell phone boards to me

I'm just guessing. Lostinlodos will correct me if I'm wrong.

1) I’m debating. This has a lot of low value weight but also has what I’m aware to be some quality ICs and thick plated pins. I’d say low telco here. Barely.

2) low telco.

Rest peripheral.
Flashing is pretty but adds little in actual value.
A 1 pound 9gs brass necklace is worth about $1.40 in scrap.
But electroplated it jumps to $1.41. ;)
An actual dip plating can bring it up considerably into the $5-$9 range. And Mil as high as $15 per pound. RG and FG plating is actually valuable and involves real analysis.

Flashing is literally spray paint or foil bonding. Not even at gold leaf level.
All of this is borderline between peripheral and low telco. Since I rarely get involved in the actual buy I tend error down.
1 and 2 I’ll lock in here but everything else is really dependent on the person who opens your box and can go either way.

3) there’s nothing to this beyond a bit of gold plate and ICs.

4) bad offsets the good

5) nothing special

6) pretty. But no boost in value.

Keep in mind cell phones do the equivalent of jamming last generation’s laptop into a small slab. So you take the idea of a laptop motherboard and all the secondary boards, and remove 90% of the board surface weight. Resulting in a high value per sq-mm of board.
