Not likely. There’s no die.
My immediate thought is pin board.
But I’m leaving this open for a bit to come back to later today after I have a chance to search through my prior sales and see if I can find something Related and what it ultimately went for.

There should be two pics posted, one with pins and the other "pinless".

Wanted to be absolutely sure before made a ruling of sorts.

There’s no die here. So generally speaking we’re looking at a high quality pin board.

Best I can place it is as pin board.
There’s a good chance this make make something better when they have it in hand though.
And rather than base this on the single comparable I sent I’ve forwarded this to Chris for an official answer.

As such note for Chris:
Any chance of also telling us what it would be if
A) as is
B) the pins were cut close to the board
And
C) pins punched out cleanly.

I would agree with Lost on this one, pinboard for sure as is.

I am afraid it would be midgrade after the pins are removed. No real way of determining true value at that point.

The two pictures of this are the same item. No pins have been removed that I am aware of. I am guessing my last post "one with pins and the other pinless" should have read "one SIDE with pins and the other SIDE pinless"?

We follow that. The question from my end was debating if the pins could be trimmed.
