the legs are gold at base then goes silver is that just solder and tin causing that. and if i remover the metal tops of the green fibers will it jump it to green no metal.

The fibre chips are good as is pin wise. IF you remove the caps be VERY careful. It’s extremely easy to remove the whole die with the cap.

The last photo is at least foreign gold cap. A cleaner photo of front and backs of all makes exact class easier
