The access cards: remove all metal and plastic sheets. They will be clean gold finger or high telco. Depending on a few minor factors
CF cards. Remove case for gold finger card. If dissected enough to remove plastic connector housing you could get high telco.

If you have or can find a cf to usb adaptor I’d download men-test64 and run a wipe and test on the cards. They sell slow and average $5-$10 on the low end but if you just have a handful of working test-passed cards you can post them at a crazy price and wait. People who need those small sizes tend to need them in bulk.
A quick look at eBay or mercari sales will show batch bulk purchases from one buyer. 25, 50, 100 at a time. Clearing out many or all currently posted! So tossing a few up at $15 or $20 each and being patient they will sell eventually. If they work. A CF adaptor costs less than $10 on Amazon.
