1/2 definitely, with bracket and clean respectively

3 normally terminators fall into peripheral. This has two active ICs, one a full fledged controller. The other larger one looks like a ram cell.
Add to that the longer than normal connectors (fingers) and the wide ground out point:
I’d say safe for low telco.
