Someone always has to show up and throw a wrench in things.
:D

Gold cap chip board.
Don’t remove them. With the ICs you’re looking at sun CPUs for a loss.

The rest is custom quote territory.
This component design is almost always an aluminium zinc alloy. 40/60 or 30/70 range. Ignoring the rest of it your already starting off well. Zinc is more expensive than yellow brass.
Add gold plate for a minor boost. Gold pins, components. ...

I can’t call it. My guess is peripheral or low telco. The range I’ve gotten in the past for such stuff.
I’ve also had some just ignored. “I don’t know what to do with this”
He’d toss me a bone: gold connector rate or the like.

I’m forwarding this for his reply.
Just be prepared for
don’t send it or
send at your own risk. We’ll figure it out when it gets here.

As usual Lost called hit the nail on the head.

Chip board (don't remove chips) and "Send at your own risk, we will figure it out from here".

The reason I would have you send it for an "in hand quote" is that as long as it is gold plate, it will be worth your while. At the same time, I do not want to sell you short on the price. If I quoted those plated items without physically examining them, I would need to price it in such a way to cover all potential outcomes, including the poor ones. At least this way, if it is extremely high grade, I can pay as such.

I’ll put in one final comment. Based on generalist knowledge of what that is (parts of a signal sampler card and an amplifier rack) my best guess would be a copper rate (for documents) at the low end. Peripheral in the middle, and low telco at the higher end.
Most zinc heavy bimtl alloys are in the 1.80-$2.20 range right now.

That’s not a guarantee. In any way. Shoddy parts from shadow companies used as replacements could have that be some sort of polymer MT/PS with a fancy fooled-you gold flake paint. But I’d take the chance on mailing it.
