What are the grades of these boards? Does Boardsort buy silver plated die cast?

Boards are peripheral.

On occasion. You’ll need to email Chris a photo and ask.
I know he does (did) pay for verifiable silver switches.
Never shipped him a silver bowl or spoon though.

If it’s brass it goes as dirty brass or brass. If copper dirty copper. Etc.
If the base is zinc send it in. Chris will pay whatever rate he has for the metal that day.
