You are looking to have a board with IC chips and not too much junk on it like transformers, capacitors, etc.

Some boards have a lot ic chips that are graded low grade telecom or high grade telecom. Just post a picture of a board and anyone here can give you their two cents.

The biggest thing is value of components. Midgrade has extensive steel/iron weight (transformers etc)
Or
Few or no integrated circuits.

Peripheral will (almost) always have ICs, gold pins or contacts, gold or known silver connectors.

There’s some exceptions (slot terminators are blank PCBs consisting of only ceramic peg copper coils and a gold “finger” edge connector). But generally the two easiest sources to compare are the gallery (most of the time;) and the payout rates page where nearly every item name can be clicked for an image.

If in doubt post a picture here.
