Here are my guesses on grade.

1st pic.. #1 low
#2 low
#3 mid grade

2nd pic.. #1 mid
#2 peripheral

I'm literally a newbie here and am trying to get a n idea of what I'm looking for to grade so when I ship I can accurately sort them for boardsort. Ty for reply

Both of the boards in the second picture should be peripheral.

There is this metal cage around a raised board on the #2 2nd pic..should that be removed?

Likely a lost cause. Most of the time that steel includes a floating board. If it does you drop both boards to midgrade.
If it doesn’t the chance of getting the cage off cleanly is fairly low.
Just ignore it
