@CopperBill.
You managed to spark an internal discussion.
Transition era boards often spark discussion. In this era from slots and ceramics to fibre chips.

#1, quite positive that mother board is a large socket mother board. It's a Pentium 3.

Well that would make things even more interesting. If it’s socket 379 it would be large socket but again we’re looking at Dell.
Both 479 and 495 sockets, mobile, would be small socket in a desktop or client board.
I’ve never seen a ceramic P3. I don’t believe so anyway. I definitely don’t have one in my collection and all the socket variations in my database are fibre.

As for the remote/phone I know that manufacturer PCB design. It’s flashed but the actual Layer under the gold is copper. Etch one with a small screwdriver. And behold the shiny yellow-orange base.
On the chance I’m wrong that would solve that discussion as well anyway. ;)

I’m human. And I regularly admit I make mistakes. When in doubt always question.

I’m using this screw hole as a guide believing for a copper base under flashing. And not a gold layer found on more expensive remotes.

Ohkay. Looking very careful at the front side of what is obviously a phone, on my computer I’m less sold. Looks like I may be wrong.
This is a Mitsushita board used for ATT, Vtec, Philips, Panasonic, and RCA phones. As well as RCA and Philips remote controllers.
OP, you can etch the bottom screw while on the front/gold side. If it’s copper underneath the board is midgrade.
If it’s gold underneath we have a full layer with masking over it. Making it peripheral after the steel is removed

Once again thank you guys for your time, this is definitely helping me get underway. I will try to etch the gold top layer soon when I get home. I will come back with a response.
