Are these boards any kind of gold card? I got them out of flatscreen tvs from the lcd panels.

Those boards are called finger strip boards and will go as peripheral. Almost all finger strip boards go as peripheral.

Definitely Gold. Unfortunately there’s more gold on a double scoop gold leaf ice cream cone.
They’re peripheral at the lower end of the class.
