You’ll need to remove all of the steel. All aluminium heatsinks. All canister capacitors. All transformers. Leave the copper and ICs; and fingers.

Now you have a few different piles eg transformers, clean aluminium heatsinks, very low grade aluminium recovery from the caps. Etc. A peripheral board. And a pile of steel. And a good amount of time used up on each one.
