The lighter board is peripheral.
The darker low telco. Helped by the edge connector (fingers).
The darker board has both a greater density of pins and ICs. As well as more valuable ICs.
The debate from my standpoint is how to deal with the lighter board. On its own it’s pure peripheral. That wide edge connector has me asking questions (to the voices in my head(;) Personally I just don’t think it makes it. And personally I would trim the fingers off for that reason. However, I am not completely sure on this one. So as per rules I grade on the lower side of value. This has a chance of upgrade to low telco. Depending on the person who takes it in. So leaving the fingers on may get a nice boost for you. But if I’m right on my first thought, and I am more often than not, leaving the fingers on is a noticeable loss.
Off to Chris for a final classing this post goes.
