it’s not just gold or chips that make class. It’s a he total value of all raw materials. And the weights of those materials. The IC population makes up less than 1/10th weight here.
Sadly the majority of the weight here is the board. Followed by ferrite ceramics.
This isn’t iso coded but it looks like Judging on other aspects of the build probably just a solid board with tinned throughs and not a full layer.
While I recognise it’s on the upper end of midgrade I can’t call it higher than that. Boardsort may move it to peripheral on examination but it’s an iffy call as to if the gold pin weight is enough to offset so much board.
