I came across a new to me CPU and wanted assistance on its grade. My gut said Motorola class because it does have a gold bottom and tons of heavy plate pins. I'm confident the board will make high grade Telco.

That's what I would think. Make sure to pop the ram which will go as Silver Fingered Ram (if the fingers are silver and it looks like they are).

remove the barcoded IC module.
I can't be sure but my first thought is it's a clock. And my first though is right more often than wrong.
