second one, is a bit of a question. the wire ends are attached to the pin ports. I can't tell if someone yanked the board out intentionally or if they just got flustered when they couldn't get it disconnected. Either way you /should/ be able to remove the pressure tension socket from the port. push downward on the j30, pull up gently under the centre of the white socket as you pull away from the board. repeat the method for J31 It's literally a coupler socket.
there's a SLIGHT slight chance the pins are gold plated. which would push this to low peripheral.
