Each of these weighs about 1lb and I think I have about 20 of them. Looking to sell so seeking any information about them.

as is it's definitely low grade: You need to remove the tray (plate) from the board.

the board as is (minus tray) is midgrade. Looks like most or all the chips are in sockets so start pulling for IC rate. remaining board is then low grade

looks like a standard A/V stabiliser and and conditioner board.
I don't have the actual item's details but a few very close. The biggest steel incased IC comes up as a high voltage video rectifier.
A bunch of high speed LP switches. at least 6.
A high speed unity gain buffer amp.

This is almost certainly a security system board.
