My guess is

45 high peripheral
44. High peripheral
43. Low peripheral
42. Gold cap chip board ( gold chip is soldered)

Here's my guess:

45) Low Grade Peripheral
44) Low Grade Peripheral; This one has a good chance of upgraded. Wait for Lostinlodos.
43) Midgrade
42) Gold Cap Chip Board
