This board has two on-board processors and slots to four more. A unique high end board pulled from a legacy super computer.

is this a motherboard or processor board or other?

How is this graded?

worst it could be is telecom, but it may fetch more than that given the amount of plating on it and four CPU sockets along with fat socket connectors which attach it to some backplane. Boardsort would need to look at this one.

That is a classic example of Telecom grade. The board looks heavy so it will pay out a fair amount at Telecom.
