Here's my guess:

1) Probably Low Grade Peripheral as is; remove shield and repost.
2) Gold Finger Card with Bracket
3) Low Grade Peripheral
4) High Grade Periheral
5) Small Socket Green Motherboard; that damage to the CPU socket may get the board downgraded.

3 is High Grade Peripheral.
