1. Connector end
2. Low peripheral, take off the ribbon cables and wires
3. Low grade gold finger card, remove the fan and heatsink for clean gold finger card
4. Gold finger card with bracket
5. Not sure but I'd say midgrade

Here's my guess:

1) Connector End
2) Midgrade; remove the wires. It may get upgraded to Low Grade Peripheral
3) Low Grade Gold Finger Card with fan and heat sink
4) Gold Finger Card with Bracket
5) Midgrade
