Can someone give me advice on what category these would be? I've taken the aluminum heat sink off the one side but the other still has ic chips. Thanks in advance.

Just FYI (because I actually know something) These are voltage regulators. Most of those black boxes aren't IC chips they're transistors.

But yeah, high peripheral!
