What class would this be? I plan on ripping off the transformers.

I think they'll buy it peripheral as it is, but to be safe maybe knock a couple of the heavier components off. Them few chips on there and sure there are some gold plated pins in the connectors, that's what will set it apart from mid grade.

as it is, it is mid grade (per their description @ http://www.boardsort.com/midgrade.html )

Assuming the board is green on both sides, rip off the transformers and they should take it as peripheral since there are IC chips on it. If there had not been any chips or it is brown on the backside, then there would be no difference in board price.
