Can any of these boards from various modems go as telecom? Pic 1 old LAN card front and back from P1 computer. Pic 2 plug in broad band board. Pic 3 USB wifi cards. Pic 4 Clear wifi modem and ATT Modem Board. Pic 5 ATT Modem boards. Does anything need to be removed?

The P1 looks like telecom but best to wait for a confirmation from boardsort on that. All the rest are definitely peripheral.

I agree with metalmanjason. P1 will be telecom, the rest are Peripheral grade.

Thanks. Can you give me some guidelines as to what to look for on telecom?

Honestly, Telecom is a very subjective grade as it covers a wide variety of boards it is nearly impossible to outline a pure guideline.

I can tell you that it will be a low profile board meaning it will not have a bunch of tall items we call "junk" such as transformers, capacitors, resistors and other non-value items.

It will also have a high IC to surface area ration, or in other words, highly populated.

There are boards out there that will meet both of those qualifications that still wont be graded as Telecom. Those boards are usually a light green in color (because they do not have much in the way of gold threading woven into the board).

The best way to know if it is telecom is to ask. After a while you will get to know the difference.
