Hello, I have a bunch of these little connectors from breaking down hard drives and I am not exactly sure what to do with them. They are the connectors between the inside of the drive and where the logic board sits. Would these be something that board sort purchases?

Maybe those can go for Gold Tip Connector Ends at 0.70 a pound. Make sure they are all gold platted. Some aren't.

I would wait for one of the forum moderators to confirm.

I figured I might as well ask. I have to pop them out of the case anyways and they have been going into a trash bin because I figured they are worth nothing.

Those will go as cable ends. I've done the same thing myself when I scrap my hard drives. As a quick reference, the following items are known to have gold plated connector ends:

USB cables
DVI video cables
VGA video cables
IDE ribbon cables
SATA ribbon cables
RJ-11 plugs
RJ-45 plugs
Ethernet jacks
Telephone jacks
Parallel printer cables
SATA power plugs off power supplies

When scrapping these items, just trim the cable ends with a pair of nippers or a strong pair of scissors, then toss the ends into a box or bag. The cable can go to your local scrap yard or to boardsort where they will buy it as mixed wire.
