I'm not really sure why these gold tab chips were yanked off this switch board, but I had them taped to the board in my pile of unsorted stuff. Is it still worth maybe low or mid grade (assuming the chips are kept with it)?

As long as the flat packs are taped back to the board it would be considered complete. The several ICs and the flatpacks would being the value up, but the heavy plugs would bring it back to Peripheral High Grade, in my opinion.

I'm sorry, what are you referring to as "the heavy plugs"? I don't think I've heard that term.

The big silver boxes on the side that most likely have RJ45 jacks in them. They are metal and plastic with tiny gold plated contacts. On the other side it looks like some other type of plugs as well.
